Fitness training classes
Fitness training classes are designed to make exercise tough but fun. Our instructors cater to all levels of fitness and will temper your workload to your ability.
The classes will vary, but will typically include :-
- Circuit Training - Circuit training allows one to achieve the benefits of both aerobic & anaerobic exercise in the same exercise session,
- Teamwork Exercises - The group is split into balanced teams and they compete against each other, bringing out their competitive side and making them fun.
- Core Stability - These exercises work on the core strength, improving function and posture.
- Boxing / Boxercise - An excellent cardiovascular workout that's a lot of fun as well and allows you to work off the weeks frustrations.
- Qui - Gong - A powerful Medative form of exercise helping to decrease stress, increase longevity and boost the immune system.
- Power walk - A dynamic exercise that works on your stamina.
