What is Bodyweight Training?
Bodyweight training is a method of exercise where the participant only uses their own bodyweight as the resistance for the movement, such as - Press ups, Sit ups, Star Jumps and Squat Thrusts etc.
The great thing about bodyweight training is that you need virtually no equipment (just an exercise mat) and so it can be performed practically anywhere and can easily be progressed or regressed to match the clients ability.
Bodyweight Training will Increase:-

- Muscle Tone
Bodyweight Training will Reduce - Recovery Time, Weight and Body fat.
All of which will leave you Fitter, Leaner, Faster and Stronger.
